Position Summary
As a Senior Product Manager for Interventional Cardiology at Sante International, you will be responsible for defining and driving the strategy, development, and marketing for cardiology products, in particular TAVI, managing the product lifecycle, conducting marketing research, developing product roadmaps, and creating marketing plans to achieve business objectives and market growth;
Key responsibilities
- Supports sales efforts for on-market products; proactively modifies marketing plans based on changing market conditions. Aggressively works to increase potential for sales success
- Knows the Business/Industry; Demonstrates a deep understanding of the medical devices sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including cardiologists, clinicians, surgeons, and acquisition department to gather insights and encourage product adoption
- Design and implement impactful marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with clinical specialists to guide product specifications and development, ensuring products meet end-user need
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and seek new customers and opportunities for collaboration;
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product strategy with minimal supervision
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by participating in educational workshops/meetings, conferences, exhibitions, symposiums, and specialized courses
Your Profile
What We are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Field, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in medical field
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Demonstrated success in product launches, marketing campaigns
- The willingness to travel as required by the business
- Driving license (B)
- Fluency in Romanian and English written and spoken
- High integrity and strong ethical standards
